I’m Sarah Jane. I coach athletes who believe there’s more than struggle and overwhelm in their sport. I help them see their way to success, and a better way to wrap your head around your potential.
 
I’ve been where you are.
 
When I played college tennis, I would mentally bail out under pressure, and I didn’t know why. I had great sports parents and coaches, but just telling me to be confident, didn’t work. I had negative thoughts and they were controlling me.
 
I did not know HOW to be confident no matter how hard I tried, or how strong I tried to be. 
 
As a parent and a coach of 20 years, I saw these issues coming up with my own kiddos as athletes and my clients for years.
 

When I learned we create our own experiences and reach peak performance from the inside out, everything changed for me.

Understanding who or what is making decisions for you, or who or what is running the show for you in any given situation, is a game changer. This is the core of the Circle of Power Strategy.
